WHAT IS GRIEF THERAPY?
Grief Therapy is a psychotherapy intervention to help grieving people to move on with acceptance of the loss, and to regain their life back. With Grief many people suffer with depression, anxieties, and avoidance of the death. Grief therapy assists the client to tell the story of the death, keeping a daily diary on how grief affects them, to assisted visualisation, assisting the client to replay events, and safely package and store memories away.
