Grief Therapy is a psychotherapy intervention to help grieving people to move on with acceptance of the loss, and to regain their life back. With Grief many people suffer with depression, anxieties, and avoidance of the death. Grief therapy assists the client to tell the story of the death, keeping a daily diary on how grief affects them, to assisted visualisation, assisting the client to replay events, and safely package and store memories away.

Couple Therapy is a talking therapy that can help couples who are experiencing distress in their relationship. It provides a safe and supportive environment to explore and work through difficulties, enabling couples to strengthen and deepen their connection. Couple Therapy can help couples to identify and understand the patterns of behaviour that have developed in the relationship, and to find new ways of relating to each other.
